Your order will be prepared at the Cosmocell Online Store logistics center located in Malaysia. Your order should reach you within 3 business days.

An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require sending orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

To ensure that we have accurate shipping information, to get your order to you promptly, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode. This information must be included.

Once the warehouse has packed your order for shipment, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation notice via e-mail. The e-mail contains order detail as well as a package tracking number.

Delivery to Peninsular Malaysia: RM10

• Orders placed before 2pm are typically delivered by Quantium Solutions within the next business day. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.

• Orders placed after 2pm are typically delivered by Quantium Solutions within 2 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.

Delivery to East Malaysia: RM20

• Deliveries to East Malaysia typically takes 2 to 3 working days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
